Members of the law firm serve as city attorneys and legal counsel to colleges and school districts, and provide general counsel to major nonprofit corporations. Collectively, each member of the firm has, on average, 23 years of experience doing work with school districts, cities, and other public agencies. Attorneys for the firm have several published cases to their credit, and each attorney has litigated cases in both state and federal courts and at trial and appellate levels. Two of the attorneys have served as law professors at major law schools and each have participated in a number of forums speaking on topics that affect their clients.
