Mr.
Nunez is a former staff attorney for
the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate
Panel and a former prosecutor for the
Pima County Attorney's Office in Arizona.
Mr. Nunez was born and raised in Tucson,
Arizona, and attended the University
of Arizona and the University of Arizona
College of Law. He was admitted to the
Arizona Bar in 1997 and the California
Bar in 2003. He is also a member of the
Federal Bar for the District of Arizona.
Mr. Nunez has extensive trial and appellate
experience with over three hundred bench
and jury trials.
